Prism Escape — Slide the Prisms, Clear the Board
Sliding-block puzzles across seven chapters. Every bar moves only along its own length and the slate bars never leave, so clearing a lane means shuffling the obstacles along theirs. Send each coloured prism out through its matching portal. Free, no sign-up, no timer.
Prism Escape is a sliding-block puzzle in ninety-five levels, in the
tradition of Rush Hour. Every bar on the board moves only along its own length:
one lying flat slides left and right, one standing up slides up and down, and
nothing ever moves sideways or changes lane.
The coloured prisms are the ones that have to leave, each through the portal
at the end of its own lane, matching both colour and symbol — circle, triangle,
diamond, square, plus or ring. The slate bars have no portal and never leave at
all. They are the obstacle: to open a lane you have to shift them along theirs,
and those lanes may be blocked in turn. Some portals are signal-locked and stay
shut until a set number of prisms have already gone, so the order becomes part of
the problem.
There is no timer and no way to lose a board — undo as often as you like.
Three stars means matching the shortest solution the board has, which is known
exactly: every level was searched over all of its arrangements before it shipped.
The levels run across seven chapters — First Light, Crossroads, Signal Locks,
Night Circuit, Prism District, Deep Field and Triple Point, the last of these
putting three prisms on the board instead of two — and progress is kept in your
own browser.
